Emily Kotch

My name is Emily Kotch and I am a Cage Fitness Instructor at Leading Edge Martial Arts - Allentown. After graduating high school, I really got into fitness. Soccer was over, which I played all my life, so I needed something else to get in shape. My friend told me about Cage Fitness, so I gave it a try and absolutely loved it! After taking classes for several months, I decided I wanted to teach. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Teaching rewards me because I love to help people push their limits and work out their hardest. It is awesome to be able to motivate a whole group of people and help them achieve their goals. Nothing makes me happier than having a part in other peoples' success.

"I love working at LEMA as a cage instructor because I love to help others achieve their goals!" --Emily Kotch
